Dezembers mit einem stimmungsvollen Pre-Opening die Eröffnung des neuen Bergrestaurants „Hirsch und Maus“ auf der Schlossalm in Bad Hofgastein. Die Gasteiner Bergbahnen, die den Neubau in Auftrag gegeben hatten, übergaben das Restaurant damit offiziell an die einheimischen Betreiber:innen. Julian Scharfetter, gastronomischer Leiter der Scharfetter Betriebe GmbH, fungiert als Pächter, Verena Maier als Standortleiterin und Katharina Pointner als Küchenchefin. Unter den prominenten Gästen war Landeshauptfrau Karoline Edstadler. Das Gasteiner Wintersport-Publikum kann das kulinarische Angebot im Hirsch und Maus ab dem (heutigen) 19. Dezember nutzen.
