April 2024, wurde an der Mittelschule Liefering der neue GemüseAcker mit der ersten Pflanzung offiziell in Betrieb genommen. Im Rahmen der neu geschlossenen Kooperation mit Acker e.V. ist SUBSTRAL® Förderpartner der GemüseAckerdemie. Diese Partnerschaft beinhaltet auch eine Lernortförderung, die der Mittelschule Liefering den Schulacker mit dem entsprechenden Bildungsprogramm über vier Jahre ermöglicht. Bei der GemüseAckerdemie säen, pflegen und ernten Schülerinnen und Schüler ihr Gemüse auf dem schuleigenen Acker: Unter Anleitung von AckerCoach Svenja Hirsch wurden nun die ersten Jungpflanzen gesetzt.
